Champions Award Guidelines
The 6th NCTOH is being organised by IIHMR Delhi from February 16-18, 2024. The theme of the conference is 6th NATIONAL CONFERENCE ON TOBACCO OR HEALTH“TOWARDS TOBACCO-FREE INDIA – AN AUDACIOUS RACE AGAINST TIME”
Our country has introduced strong legislations, policies, and programmes towards tobacco control. Many small and big initiatives despite uncountable challenges have yielded heartening results in different parts of the country.
At this conference, IIHMR-Delhi would like to recognize and honor the champions of tobacco control.
You are invited to nominate individuals or groups who have demonstrated success in tobacco prevention research, best practices at community level, extension education, capacity-building, or advocacy. Please share detailed information about the remarkable contribution of your nominee. In your nomination please include name of the individual/group, name of the research/intervention/policy, date and place, problem statement, approach/strategy, outcome/impact.
All nominations will be reviewed and scored by the Scientific Committee. At the conference xx Champions Awards will be felicitated.
